The Priory Rooms are proud to be involved, encouraging their conference room users to start the day right way with a healthy and fulfilling breakfast. The Priory Rooms provide a delicious breakfast selection for delegates; offering a range of light, healthy and fresh choices perfect for a busy day of meetings ahead. The breakfast menu includes Light Bites; low in calories, high in fibre; Fresh Fruit; full of vitamins and Freshly Cooked Pastries; bite-sized treats.

Start the day with your choice from miniature cereal packs all served with semi-skimmed milk. Cereal is a low-fat breakfast option which provides iron, B vitamins and zinc with the milk adding calcium and protein to your diet. Or choose one of the low-calorie Alpen cereal bars and enjoy a cup of tea from a selection of flavours by fair trade supplier Clipper. Breakfast also includes colourful fruit bowls. Fruit helps to improve memory and keeps you feeling fuller for longer. They are also low in calories and provide sugars, fibre, and vitamins which are essential for a healthy lifestyle. Or for a treat, every morning bite-size danishes, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins, croissants and blueberry muffins are freshly-cooked. These go deliciously with the freshly-filtered coffee provided.
