The Priory Rooms are adapting but not changing.
 
Our team are here to support you with every step of planning all of your meetings and events in the safest way possible. We have been working hard to make our venue a safe and secure place for our customers as your safety is our main concern.

We hope the following will offer you reassurance of the measures and actions that we have put in place throughout our venue to ensure we are keeping you and our team safe.
 
 
  • We have been working with the Meetings Industry Association and the Government guidelines to continue being COVID-19 accredited
  • All staff members will continue to wear face coverings. We will be encouraging our customers to also continue to wear face masks within public areas of our building
  • Your meeting room will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before you arrive, it will be locked after being cleaned until you arrive to ensure no one else has entered
  • Limits on our room capacities will no longer be in place from 19th July, so we can now accomodate future bookings for up to 210 delegates
  • Hand sanitisation stations will remain in place in public areas, as well as providing hand gels within your meeting room 
  • Customers will still have the option to have your food served in individual biodegradable packaging
  • Hard surfaced and high touchpoint areas will be regularly cleaned and sanitized
  • Our Covid terms and conditons will remain in place until the end of the year
  • We are offering peace of mind on all bookings and if you have to cancel for Covid related reasons you can now move the date free of charge upto 7 days before your event 

We will review all of the above on a monthly basis and of course keep everyone updated if and when changes happen.
