Social media has become increasingly effective for emergency services and public sector to communicate with the public. This course explores the strengths and weaknesses of the various social media platforms, as well as the tools to effectively filter and aggregate the news that you need.
The day course combines theory and practice, suitable for complete novices or seasoned users, to develop skills communicating and engaging with target audiences. Delegates will be able to confidently apply the skills in their workplace after devising strategies to suit their business/service needs and resources.
