During Monday 22nd April and Saturday 27th April, The Priory Rooms are serving delicious beef meals at lunchtime to celebrate Great British Beef Week and raise funds for the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (R.A.B.I.).
Great British Beef Week, timed to coincide with St George’s Day, is an annual celebration of the British Beef Industry. It encourages consumers to buy British Red Tractor Farm assured beef and discover new easy-to- prepare recipes.

The Priory Rooms are hoping to raise funds for R.A.B.I, a charity which helps farming families in financial difficulty. We hope our tasty beef meals will encourage delegates to generously donate to the cause. All of the R.A.B.I work is funded by public donations, fundraising events and initiatives and support from businesses and community groups. For more information about R.A.B.I visit their website www.rabi.org.uk.

The Priory Rooms lunchtime menu is prepared by our long-standing caterers Just Good Food. Just Good Food has been trading for 19 years, building a reputation for creativity, reliability and diversity. The team’s passion for food is infectious, going that extra mile to adapt menus and concepts to offer customers diversity and choice. They can cater for businesses, corporate events, weddings and private parties. For more information about Just Good Food menu’s and services contact Louise Martin on 0121 772 2288.

To get involved at home, purchase Red Tractor Beef and cook your own delicious beef meals. Ideas for recipes including “Beef Canapés” and “Beef Blazing Burgers” and events supporting the campaign are available on the Ladies in Beef website www.ladiesinbeef.org.uk.
