Parking at the conference centre:
Please note that we only offer organiser and disabled delegate parking on-site. Delegates are encouraged to travel to The Priory Rooms conference facilities using public transport. There are numerous public NCP car parks within walking distance of the conference centre for delegate parking. Meeting organisers are asked to inform delegates of car-parking arrangements and to pre-book their required spaces before arrival.
Conference centre accessibility:
All public areas of the Priory Rooms conference centre are fully accessible. The Atrium is located on the ground floor and the lower level meeting rooms can be accessed via a lift. There is a separate accessible WC located on the ground floor.
Alcohol supply or consumption at the conference centre:
As we are a Quaker organisation we do not hold a licence for either the supply or consumption of alcoholic beverages on the conference centre premises.
